Refunds and cancellation

Short version: cancel whenever you like with one click, you keep what you paid for until the end of the period, and if we let you down we put it right or refund you. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. The US$1 trial

The US$1 gives you 7 days of the service. If you cancel during the trial nothing more is charged. If you ask, we will refund the US$1 as well; it is a token amount and we would rather you tried the service than worried about it.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Cancelling. Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard (one click; no phone call or notice period) or by emailing us. The agent keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, then stops; nothing further is charged. Everything it built stays in your Google Ads account.

Change of mind. We do not refund the unused part of a month if you simply decide to stop; you keep the service for the rest of that month instead.

If something went wrong. If the service did not do what we said it would (for example your account was not audited for 7 days or more, or a change we made caused a problem we did not fix promptly), tell us and we will fix it, credit the affected time, or refund the affected month, whichever you prefer. If we made a change you did not authorise and it cost you money, we will reverse it and talk to you about making it right.

Accidental renewals. Forgot to cancel and have not used the service since the renewal? Email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.

3. Landing pages

A page is charged only when you approve it after previewing it. If the page cannot be published for any reason the charge is refunded automatically. Because you see the exact page before you pay, we do not refund pages for change of mind once they are live; you can ask for a free rewrite instead, and switch a page off at any time. If a page has a fault we cannot fix (for example it does not load or the form does not work), we refund it.

4. Domains

Domain registrations are completed by a registrar and cannot be undone, so they are not refundable once registered. If the registration fails you are refunded in full, automatically. Registrations are for one year and we will contact you before expiry; nothing is charged for a renewal unless you agree to it.

5. Agency plans

Billing is per active account and changes automatically when you add or pause accounts. Pausing an account stops its charge from the next invoice; we do not refund part-months for paused accounts.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email hello@localserviceads.ai from the address on your account with the business name and what happened. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank; disputes freeze the account while they are investigated.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for any purpose you told us about, and be delivered within a reasonable time. For a major failure you are entitled to cancel and get a refund for the unused part; for other failures you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time. This policy adds to those rights and never replaces them. Customers outside Australia have the rights of their own country's consumer law as well.
