What the software does every day
It checks the account every morning, and each change waits for your approval unless you switch on full auto.
- A separate ad group for each job you name: termites, rodents, bed bugs, ants, cockroaches, so a termite search never sees a rodent ad.
- Searches that brought a call or inquiry become exact-match keywords, so you win them again.
- Your ads show only in the areas you mark on the map, not someone out of state.
- Ads run in the hours you answer the phone, or all day if you take online bookings.
- Two ads run against each other in every ad group, and once one is clearly ahead, the loser goes and a fresh ad takes it on.
The searches that waste a pest control business's money
People type "pest control" for reasons that aren't hiring you. Each click costs the same as a real lead. The software spots them in the morning check, and one tap blocks them:
- "pest control jobs" and "pest control salary": people after work.
- "pest control course" and "pest control license": students.
- "diy termite treatment" and "how to get rid of ants": DIY searches.
- Competitor names: someone who already knows who they're calling.
- Jobs you don't do: type "commercial" once and those searches stop.
A landing page for every job
Someone who searches "termite inspection near me" should land on a page about termite inspections, not your home page. The software builds one for each job, with your number and a quote form, and counts every call from day one. Google rewards the match with cheaper clicks.
Two versions of each page run in a split test, and whichever one gets more calls wins.
Full auto or ask first
The default is "ask me first": one tap in the morning email. Switch on "Optimise everything for me" and it blocks wasted searches, adds the searches that brought leads as keywords, and tunes bidding by itself. The big calls still wait for a tap: more budget, a new campaign, new areas.
Every change is logged with the reason and an Undo button. New campaigns are built switched off.
What it costs
One price: US$299 a month. Book a call with Daniel to start. Landing pages, split tests and call tracking are included. Clicks are paid to Google, separately. No contract: cancel with one click, and everything it built stays in your Google Ads account.
