What the software does every morning
The software checks your account daily and sends one email with what needs a tap.
- Flags which searches brought clicks but no calls: "handyman jobs", "how to install shelves", "free handyman estimate".
- Builds campaigns for the jobs you name (drywall repair, furniture assembly, door hanging, deck repair), with a landing page for each one.
- Adds searches that brought leads as keywords, so you win them again.
- Runs ad split tests and shows which ad is ahead.
- Watches the account around the clock for ads that stopped showing or landing pages that stopped opening.
The default is "ask me first": every change waits for a tap in the morning email. Switch on "Optimise everything for me" and it blocks wasted searches and tunes bidding by itself. Budget changes always wait for you, even in full auto.
The searches that waste a handyman's budget
Google will show your ad to anyone typing "handyman". Many of them cost you a click without calling. The google ads ai software for handyman spots them in the morning check:
- "handyman jobs" and "handyman hiring": people looking for work.
- "how to hang drywall" and "diy ceiling fan install": DIY searches heading to YouTube.
- "handyman course" and "handyman apprenticeship": students, not customers.
- Jobs outside your work: commercial jobs, major electrical, structural repairs you don't do.
One tap blocks them, and those clicks stop.
A landing page for furniture assembly, one for drywall, one for every job
Someone searching "furniture assembly handyman" should land on a page about furniture assembly, not your home page. The software builds one page per job type, with your phone number, your service area, photos and a quote form. Conversion tracking for calls and forms is set up for you.
Google scores how well the page matches the search. A job-specific page gets cheaper clicks than a general home page. The software runs two versions of each page and keeps whichever one gets more calls.
Full auto or one tap
The default is one tap in the morning email to approve each change. Turn on full auto and it blocks waste, adds winning searches and tunes bids on its own. New campaigns are built switched off. Every change is logged with a reason and an Undo button.
